Prizes are non-transferable. Entries are limited to one per person

The competition is open to over 18’s only. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, any competition subject to these terms and conditions is restricted to residents of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, excluding employees of LoveBanus Ltd their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally connected to the relevant competition.

Entry to the competition is deemed as acceptance to receive marketing communications from LoveBanus Ltd and its’ associated companies, which entrants may opt out of at any time.

By entering this competition winners agree to take part in related publicity.

The winner will be contacted by email with full details of the holiday prize, including dates within in which to claim the prize including any date restrictions within 4 weeks of the competition closing date (29th February 2012).

If LoveBanus Ltd is unable to contact the winner by the end of this 4 week period, then LoveBanus Ltd reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

The prize must be claimed by the winner and taken in the timeframe stated on the communication supplied.

LoveBanus Ltd’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

LoveBanus Ltd reserves the right to offer an alternative property/destination at anytime, to the equivalent prize value.

LoveBanus Ltd’s competition prizes may not be exchanged for cash and may only be taken by the competition winner, who must travel along with any accompanying passenger(s), subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details.

LoveBanus Ltd recommends that you take out your own insurance, as this is not included in this prize.

Flights do not form any part of this competition package and are the responsibility of the winner and his accompanying passenger(s),

British Citizens will need a full 10 year passport to travel and are generally required to have 6 months remaining on it after the scheduled date of return. If you or any member of your party is not a British or EU citizen or holds a non British/EU passport, you must check passport and visa requirements with the relevant Embassy or Consulate of the country(ies) to or through which you are intending to travel.

LoveBanus Ltd does not accept any responsibility for any winners or entrants who are not complying with the terms and conditions of this competition.

LoveBanus Ltd reserves the right in their absolute discretion to change these terms and conditions or to cancel the competition without prior notice.
